Nueces Oasis is situated in the charming neighborhood of Mustang Royale which is right off of the Gulf of Mexico. It boasts ample parking and upper and lower outdoor sitting areas for relaxation and a new private pool. This spacious home is accommodating to a large group where most bedrooms have their own bathrooms. The bottom floor has an open floor plan. The full kitchen features a top of the line gas oven/cooktop, side by side refrigerator with ice/water, dishwasher, microwave, pantry, open bar to the adjoining dining room with 2 stools (on the dining area side), windows with plenty of natural lighting and granite countertops with plenty of space to meet all of your culinary needs. The dining area has a wood table with seating for 10 consisting of 4 chairs and two benches. Beside the dining is the living room has a couch, sofa and TV with Wi-Fi and cable. There is an Extra room that Doubles as a (BR4) bedroom/family room that is right off of the kitchen. It can be used as a quiet place to read, room for kids to play or for guests to sleep and a closet for extra clothes and beach accessories. It has a Full-size bed and a triple Twin bunk bed (3 Twins) and private access to the back patio. There is access to a large bathroom from this room and the hallway as well. The full bathroom has a vanity and a large, tile-trimmed walk-in shower with a glass door. Upstairs you will come up to a living area with a modern couch with a lounger on the end, loveseat and ottoman. This space also has access to the balcony. In the hallway, neatly tucked away in a closet, is a full-size washer and dryer. Guest room 1 (BR1) has 2 Queen size beds, a closet, nightstands and a TV. Guest bedroom 2 (BR2) has a Queen size bed nightstand, chest, wall-mounted TV, closet and private access to the back balcony. Both of these bedrooms share a hallway bathroom with a tub. There is also an additional half bath in the hall for when guests are occupying the full bath. The master bedroom (BR3) has a King size bed, TV, dresser, nightstands, reclining chair, closet and private access to the balcony with outdoor seating. Enter into the ensuite bathroom with double vanities and a step-up jacuzzi tub. The backyard has a covered sitting area with a built-in gas grill. Cool off in the private pool (shared community pool closes at 10pm) or soak up the sun in a lounger. There is also access to the upper balcony by a separate outdoor stairwell. Enjoy the shared community pool and boardwalk to the beach from this quiet neighborhood.
