Travel Purpose: leisure

Positive: Spacious. Greeted by beautiful scenery. Beautiful surroundings. We even sighted deers around the house. All cookwares, utensils and amenities are there for a great stay and to cook. Wifi helps as there is no cellular service in the area.

Negative: We checked in late in the evening around 8.30pm into Pinnacle Lookout. We found the house wasn’t left in a good condition. There were used towels + bedsheets and pillows and not changed. The house was clean but used towels were everywhere in the bathrooms and hung on sofas plus the bedsheets weren’t changed. We tried texting for service but there’s no cellular network and we had to drove back to the key pickup office. Still not getting through the text. We called your hotline. The lady answered wasn’t really helpful and sounded pissed off that we called her late at night. This wasn’t a good first impression. Since we were all very tired from our long trip, we changed our own bedsheets with the extra ones. Unfortunately there’s not enough clean towels for us to use. Your housemaid/cleaning persons clearly didn’t prepare for our arrival.

Summary: Nice place. But need to improve on cleanliness and service.
