Centrally located. Great neighborhood. Sleeps 14!! Perfect for groups or large families. 14 is the max allowed on this property at all times.
NO EXCEPTIONS AS PER CITY RESTRICTIONS AND NEIGHBORHOOD RULES.
Plenty of seating for everyone to lounge around the pool or BBQ on our propane grill. 2 minutes to Community Park! 7 minutes to casinos and Colorado River and 8 minutes to Lake Mohave/ Katherine Landing. There is a large driveway to park your cars. at least 4 will fit. 2 cars will fit in the garage. Plenty of boat, jet ski and dirt toy parking in driveway and in front of the house.

Home has large kitchen with plenty of room to cook. Dishes and silverware for 14.
New stainless steel appliances and convection oven! Garage has EXTRA refrigerator for more food and ice.
Large master bedroom with comfortable king bed(upstairs)Master has private en-suite bathroom with double sinks. Master bathroom has shower AND jetted jacuzzi tub. Guest bedroom (upstairs)has a queen bed and a balcony with beautiful river and casino views. Bedroom 3 is upstairs -has queen bunk bed with twin bunk up top and twin trundle under that pulls out. Bedroom 4 -Bunk room (upstairs)has 2 triple bunk beds that sleep 3 each(perfect for all the kids!)
Living room has queen sofa sleeper. Dining room has large dining room table that seats 6 plus bar seating for 4 and kitchen table seats 4. We added a "convertible table" in living room that seats 4 more. Seating for 14 inside! Fully stocked kitchen with almost everything you need to cook for a large group. This home can comfortably accommodate three families with kids. Home has 12 cup coffee maker AND Keurig.
The kids will love the bunkroom with a Smart TV with Netflix, YouTube and a PlayStation 3 with lots of games! Enjoy a day on the lake or river and then come home, bar-b-que and cool off in the pool. Backyard has 2 patio tables that seat 6 on each and 5 lounge chairs to soak up the sun. Family room has a 75 inch Smart TV and living room has a 65 inch Smart TV. Plenty of room to spread out. Family room has board games for the whole family.
Great nearby restaurants and Casinos are a short car ride away. House has full size washer and dryer.
Perfect place to stay for holiday weekends, boat and jet ski trips, Family get togethers, or any occasion.
***Dogs are allowed! Ask owner for details. $100 per stay. Any and all dogs must be registered with owner. 2 dogs max.
