Beautiful restored 1867 Victorian home in a quaint Pennsylvania town between Lock Haven and State College. Big enough to accommodate large groups or families. Enjoy spacious rooms with 12-foot ceilings and a three-story open stairway. Perfect for weekend getaways for family and friend gatherings, reunions, or wedding guests.
There are seven bedrooms:
One bedroom is on the first floor with a king bed.
The second floor has three bedrooms with king or queen beds (three of the rooms have an additional single bed, and and one of the rooms has a pull out sofa in an adjoining sitting area). There is also a daybed and a cradle in the hallway of the second floor.
The third floor has two bedrooms. The first bedroom has a queen bed. The second room has one queen and one full bed. There is also a set of bunk beds in the hallway of the third floor.
Enjoy the three acres of wooded area surrounding the property. You may even be lucky enough to see deer or rabbits.
Only about 20-25 minutes from Penn State's Beaver Stadium. Enjoy playing pool and weather permitting, the huge backyard. Bald Eagle State Park is only a two minute drive down the street, where you can enjoy swimming, boating, biking, hiking, fishing, and more!
Along with full cable and Netflix on two televisions, there is about 950mbps high-speed internet throughout the entire home. For organization retreats, the dining room easily becomes a board room.
***Absolutely no pets or emotional support animals are allowed. No smoking indoors at any time. This is my personal home and I am *highly allergic* to dogs and have asthma. Thank you for your understanding.***
