This is an amazing space for travel nurse’s, pilot, flight attendant, business travelers, solo adventurers, and couples gate away.
As you enter your open concept modern minimalist living room you will be able to enjoy your 75-inch Smart Samsung HDTV television which offer apps like Netflix, Prime, Hulu, and more! Feel free to log into the apps with your own login and enjoy you time away from home. As an added bonus a cozy throw and a comfortable modern sofa.
If guest would like to smoke, please use deck space for your smoking needs and with an ashtray for safety and cleanliness. There is ABSOLUTELY NO SMOKING OF CIGARETTE OR WEED INSIDE OF THE APARTMENT. If there is any smoking in the apartment; there will be an additional cleaning cost of $300 for apartment to be clean and properly air out of any smell for future guest. There is also No use of any DRUGS IN, ON, or AROUND the property.
There are no parties or event allowed in the apartment. An additional fee of 250 for cleaning. To avoid this please follow the house rules.
The apartment is not baby-child proofed.
Treat the apartment as if it was your in-laws (lol) leave the apartment neat and tidy and please make sure you have wash your dish clean the stove, take out the trash out to the trashcan located on the side next to the fence.
Please be mindful to turn off the lights and adjust the thermostat when exiting. (The Ac/Heat remotes are already set, simply use the ON/OFF button to work the unit.
