Summary: While my ratings reflect my experience, I want to first say the bed was comfortable and the A/C was very good, which is my minimum requirement.
When I pulled in, all the vehicles were pickup trucks, which hinted at low cost rooms for contractors, so I had realistic expectations. It's an old property in disrepair and the room was bare minimum. The tv didn't function, the flooring and walls showed exposed concrete in places, the trim between the bathroom and living area was gone and the gap was full of debris.
To be fair, you get what you pay for and it was bare minimum acceptable. I needed a place to sleep and I got it.
The woman was nice enough, but insisted on a cash deposit of $30...from behind a glass barrier, a hint at the neighborhood.
That said, I did get my deposit back, although the next morning the gentleman produced the wrong receipt for my room number. It was from the previous guy who demanded a refund.
Bottom line, keep your expectations low and accept it for what it is and you'll be ok.
It's best for tradesmen trying to keep costs down while on a job, or like me, a guy just needing a comfy bed with A/C for a few hours sleep while traveling.

Summary: Showers were dirty. Towels were stained and gross. BLOOD splatter on the wall. Woman at the counter appeared annoyed any time I asked for anything. Tried to convince me the credit card machine was broke and needed to pay cash. Pretty awful experience, but what more can you expect for the price

Summary: On first arriving the property looked a little rundown, the thing they call a pool wasn't even size of my pickup and obviously hadn't been cleaned or working in years. The lady at front desk was very rude, came to the window, said no check-ins before 3 and left. If I hadn't already paid I would not have came back. My daughter and I toured Wichita Falls while we waited. We came back after 3 and a very sweet older gentleman was at the desk window. He gave us our key and thanked us for staying at his hotel.
Only things bad about hotel was lack of pool, (they need to remove that from their website), the interior doorknob kept falling off and room smelled musty....
The sweet older gentleman was the highlight of that motel experience.

Summary: Its not as bad as the reviews that were left. Its cheap yes but not terrible we had hot water and a cold ac the bed was super comfortable and the guy who checked us in was super nice. Id stay here again

Summary: Inexpensive. Functional older property with some flaws like a loose tile in the shower and an orange-sized hole on the back of the bathroom room. Yea for granite TV and night stand table tops.
