"Casa Terravita" is 3 bedroom, 3 bath home located in Terravita Country Club. Access to Pool, Hot-Tub, Clubhouse, Gym, Bar, Restaurant and Tennis/Pickleball Courts!*** A fully equipped kitchen for those who like to cook; and lots of room for dining at the breakfast bar, dining table, plus additional outside dining at the back patio or front courtyard. Up to 6 people can enjoy restful nights in one of the 3 bedrooms. A large master suite offers a King bed, flat screen TV, attached bathroom with walk in shower; as well as a large walk in closet. The 2nd bedroom has a Queen bed. The non-attached 2nd bathroom with tub/shower combo serves the 2nd bedroom and as the powder room. The 3rd bedroom (Casita) offers great privacy just across the courtyard, a few steps from the front door. It offers a King bed, flat screen TV, walk in closet and attached bath with a tub/shower combo, plus separate air conditioning unit. The Casita also has its own courtyard with quaint seating for your morning coffee or afternoon cocktail.
2 car attached garage. Great cul-de-sac location. Enjoy the private backyard facing SW where you can relax and enjoy the spectacular sunsets with a great view of the pond with water feature and Black Mountain. A peaceful setting after enjoying a fun-filled day in AZ with lots of seating and for the grilling enthusiasts, a natural gas BBQ.
All of this sits in a GREAT, highly desired area of North Scottsdale, nestled between Scottsdale, Cave Creek, Carefree; and right across from the famed Boulders Resort. Restaurants, spa, grocery, hiking and golf all close!
***Additional HOA fee to get membership pass for access to Country Club (Club-house, Pool, Hot-Tub, Tennis, Pickleball, Gym, Restaurant, Bar); depending on length of stay. $150 for 1 mth; $300 for 1 month+ to 3 months; $400 for more than 3 months. The golf course is private, hence no access to golf. BUT, you can play the Boulders course right across the street.
