The Space:
Vintage & modern details mix in this airy & tranquil upstairs loft apartment. This is a newly renovated 100% vacation rental with digital entry for easy check in/out experience. Enjoy soft robes, plush mattress', crisp linens, hypo allergenic sleeping pillows, plenty of soft towels and extra pillows for a restful stay. Multiple smart TV's & high speed wireless internet. There are also private work spaces in each of the rooms if you need to catch up on work.
The kitchen is stocked with cooking and serving items. Fully furnished with new appliances and ready for short or long stays!
The main suite with its own private office/den. Outfitted with deep sofa, perfect for catching up on a good book or a cat nap or converts to another bed. The main bedroom also has a TV & 2 walk in closets. The cozy light filled second bedroom has a private desk in a nook, perfect for catching up on work. All with blackout curtains if you wish to sleep in.
The a down leather sofa in the living room and large tv in the living room are ready for movies or game day. Fast wifi and smart TV's allow you to binge your favorite shows if you wish.
Guest Access:
There is a keyless entry onsite that makes coming and going easy. The backyard is complete with fire pit, yard games, grill & picnic area. Adirondack chairs surround a fire pit and a new bocce court- New pictures coming soon. This is shared with the downstairs unit but has lots of spots to spread out or make friends!
The Neighborhood:
The house is approx. 15 minutes to the airport- 7 minutes drive (3.5 miles) to downtown/Germantown. I love our town and I hope you do too. East Nashville has a buzz for a reason! It is the bohemian mecca for Nashville's artist, musicians and anyone wanting an eclectic mix of people and styles. Hence why this area has been featured more then most in everything from GQ to the NY Times. Be it hipster, high brow or funky hole in the wall they all co-exist on the East Side! Within a few blocks are some super popular restaurants, coffee shops and bars. A variety of eclectic shops, bars, and coffee houses that line this strip and more can be found just a few blocks off East's main artery. Popular Five Points area is only 1.5 miles and East offers some of the best and widest variety food the city has to offer. The loft apartment is located just off the main street running thru East, so getting around and to any number of hot spots is super easy. The house in a convenient location and you can find a variety of groceries to stock up on the basics. Health and wellness is all around with a variety of gyms, yoga studios and more. Getting Around:
Walk to some great coffee, resturants and bars near by. If you don't want to drive- take an Uber, Lyft or a cab. Nashville even has a golf cart company that serves some of the areas called JOYRIDE. There are also many bikes and scooters for rent allover town . The bus is just a quick walk as well. So much new stuff going on so there is construction and traffic all over the city.
Other Things to Note:
Because the loft is above another unit and is exclusively hardwood floors we kindly as for guests to kick their shoes off if staying in a while especially if hard soled or heels. There is a lower 3BR unit below for guests as well -So if you have friends or a group you can rent both. The loft is 2 doors down from the Main Street that runs thru East Nashville. You’ll easily get to groceries, fitness & health places, and loads of restaurants, bars and coffee shops. Lyft, Uber and taxis are also abundant and the home is very quick to all the hotspots and stadium. The bus is a stones throw from the house and can quickly take you to 5 points and downtown area. We have onsite parking for one car and street parking for more. There is a motion light and security camera that located at the parking area. Into fitness?... we have a Y and various gyms and yoga studios super close to the house. Great juice and heath food shop basically next door.
Interaction with Guests:
I live/work only 20 minutes away and I am available by phone/text or email. (text is the quickest!) We have set it up the access so that it's as easy as possible and insures your privacy. However if you need anything I can be there in person. I provide a digital and hardcopy handbook for ease in navigating the loft and the areas of town. We are excited to share Nashville with you!
