Positive: It is sufficient for an overnight stay during a long trip with a limited budget and limited options in the area.

Negative: I was in the US in 2016, and it seems to me that this hotel has not been renovated since then. Unfortunately, this is noticeable in cheaper hotels such as Motel 6.
