• This is a legal walkout basement suite with extensive soundproofing (resilient channels, safe& sound insulation, 5/8" drywall). While minimal, you may occasionally hear light footsteps from above.
• We live upstairs and are happy to help if you need anything—but we respect your privacy at all times.
• For your safety and peace of mind, 2 exterior security cameras monitor in front of the house and at the guest entrance. No cameras inside the suite, ever.
These cameras help ensure: Guest and property safety, Prevention of unauthorized guests or pets, Protection against theft, vandalism, or property damage, Quick resolution of issues, such as late checkouts or rule violations.
Please note: We have a shy indoor cat named Wally who lives with us in the main house. Occasionally, he may quietly explore the backyard, but he never enters the guest suite or interacts with guests directly. Just a friendly heads-up in case anyone has allergies or prefers to be aware.
