Summary: We booked this place to celebrate my child's first birthday. We had 10 people staying and the place seemed perfect. It was a beautiful property and the ambiance and the pool was amazing. However, we soon realized that the guest house (house next to the pool, not the main house) was infested with ants. This guest house had 2 rooms and we had 4 guests in that house. Unfortunately, it was unusable. The ants were in the kitchen, in the bathroom, on the bed sheets. We took videos and asked them to take immediate action. They sent a person who didn't do anything. The ants never left so we had to all move into the main house and squeeze in 11 people. This is not what you expect when you rent such an expensive property. The property manager apologized but didn't do anything about it. In the main house, one of the rooms bed was broken. They came and repaired it. There were multiple smaller issues with the house and we are thankful that a repair man was sent for those. When we walked in, the laundry room was smelling musty. Someone had left wet clothes in the washing machine for days which made the entire downstairs smell like mold. Again, the management company apologized but didn't do anything about it. We came here to celebrate a baby's 1st birthday and to enjoy as a family. Unfortunately, we ended up stressing about ants, broken beds and smell due to wet laundry that someone had left behind. There are many beautiful properties in Beverly Hills that we will rent next time.
