Designed by Mid-Century Modern architect and Austin legend, AD Stenger, the high-end simplicity and clean lines of this “Hollywood Hills” styled house is light, bright, and provides the space and amenities you’d expect in a high-end home. You’ll sleep soundly in lush, cozy beds, and feel like you’re at the spa in the custom designed bathrooms.
The entire house was completely re-modeled and re-landscaped in 2019. The open-concept main living space includes a chef’s kitchen with top-of-the-line appliances by Wolf, Faber, Fisher, Pavkel, and Miele, and a large kitchen island that is perfect for gathering. The dining area and living space have 18 foot sliders that open up to an expansive cedar deck, creating indoor/outdoor living. The entire rear wall of the house has beautiful views of the pool and tree-tops, and extends the entertaining space. The fabulous pool overlooks a beautifully kept, multi-level yard designed by Garden Design Studios.
