About the Space:
This 2 + loft, 3 bathroom, townhome offers a warm and peaceful forest vibe, making for your perfect mountain getaway. It is a spacious 1430 sq. ft. open floor plan with vaulted ceilings – there is a good-sized living room, dining area, and fully stocked kitchen. Off the living area is a private porch, loaded with free firewood. The living room is equipped with comfortable furniture, large windows, allowing for gorgeous natural light, new flatscreen TV with smart features, and a wood burning fireplace to keep warm during cold winter months. Off the main living area is a full bathroom with walk-in shower.
Both bedrooms are located on the first floor with a shared full bathroom. The first bedroom offers a queen-sized bed with a dresser. The shared bathroom is directly outside of the first bedroom, in the hallway, and has a tub/shower. The second bedroom is spacious with a king-sized bed and a closet. It has its' own vanity and is connected to the shared bathroom. The loft is located on the third floor and contains two sets of single over single bunk beds.
There are two closets in the entryway, great for gear/equipment storage. There is NO laundry in this property and/or onsite.
We provide coffee, coffee filters, creamer, sugar, salt, pepper, and cooking oil. We also provide all linens and towels, shampoo, conditioner, hairdryer, soap, lotion, toilet paper, paper towels, tissues, dish soap, dish detergent, sponges, trash bags, firewood, fire starter, and matches.
