Getting Around:
I recommend having car for your stay. Taxis are available, but ride sharing services are more sparse. Rental car services are available in Monticello. Shortline Coach Bus service provides service between New York City and Roscoe as well.
Middletown and Port Jervis Metro North Stations are each approximately 1h5m minutes drive from the house. The trip from NY Penn Station to Middletown is about 1h45m. Train access is great if you have members of your group who need to arrive/depart at different times.
Things To Know:
No more than 4 cars allowed. This property does not have air conditioning, but it's rarely exceptionally hot in the Catskills.
This home is pet free, no exceptions.
The dock and lake area is across the street from the house.The dock is not available from early November until the lake has thawed and levels stabilize in late spring.
