Welcome to La Vida Havasu, quite literally, The Havasu Life! This property is astunning newly remodeled desert retreat with all of the amenities. This fully furnished home is a family vacation destination! Enjoy the private backyard day and night. Cool off in the sparkling pool or stay toasty warm on cool evenings, snuggled up by the outdoor firepit. This amazing backyard includes a built-in Natural Gas BBQ, griddle, bar refrigerator and an outdoor TV so you never have to miss a moment. The driveway has plenty of parking for you to store your boat after a day on the lake! Cheers to good living in Lake Havasu City!The pool can be heated for $60/night.
Our chic home features an open floor plan that is well appointed throughout with allbrand new decor. Everything is set up perfectly with everything you need to make this the ideal home away from home. The great room includes a comfortable sitting area for binging your favorite show. The couch folds out into a Queen size bed for your extra guests.
The contemporary kitchen features high end appliances and both drip and single cup coffee makers. Brand new granite countertops have generous space and the kitchen is fully stocked with all of the culinary tools you will need to prepare and serve home cooked meals. There is a dining table that seats 6 and has a gorgeous view of the backyard paradise.
The house will sleep 8 people. The elegant primary suite has a king bed, en-suite bath, walk-in closet and dual sinks. The second bedroom has a Queen sized bed and a TV and shares the second bathroom with bedroom 3. The third bedroom features a Queen bed. There is also a Queen sized air mattress and the living room couch turns into a Sofa bed for the additional two guests.
The laundry room has a washer/dryer set.
Free Wifi for the duration of your stay. All of the TV's in this home are smart TV's and will stream your favorite apps. This home does not have cable television.
