Living
There are two living areas in this home. In the first floor's living room, not only is there a large flat-screen TV and beautiful views of Sammamish Valley and but also a elliptical fitness machine for those who like the convenience of home workouts.
On the second floor, you’ll find an open media/family room. Ideal for movie nights, arts & crafts, or playing music (there’s an electric keyboard for aspiring musicians), it’s the perfect hang-out space for the whole family.

Bedrooms & Bathrooms
The spacious master suite is located on the first floor. It features a spa-like bath with a separate toilet, soaking tub, glass shower, and double vanity sinks. And don’t forget the walk-in closet - it’s truly a fashionista’s dream. A day bed in the office/bonus room can also be used to sleep two small children.
Three additional bedrooms are on the second floor (one King, one Queen, and one Twin). A queen inflatable mattress can also be set up in the media/family room to accommodate two more guests. A full bathroom is located on this floor and shared among the rooms.
A half bath with a washer/dryer unit is on the first floor next to the kitchen and living area. You can also find an entire laundry room on the top floor.

The Neighborhood:
This home is centrally located in Redmond in a quiet neighborhood just 2 miles to highway 520 and 4 miles to I-405. Meta, Microsoft, and Nintendo can be easily reached in a few minutes by car. For shopping, downtown Redmond (Trader Joe’s, Redmond Town Center, restaurants, fitness studios, parks) is 2 miles away, while downtown Bellevue is 10 miles.
The beautiful Sammamish River Trail is less than 6 minutes away on foot. Using the trail, you can reach many of the Woodinville wineries or connect to the Burke-Gilman Trail.
Other Things to Note:
1- Guests will need to climb stairs. There are a few steps in front of the main entrance and there is a stair from the first/ground floor to the top floor. The master bedroom is on the main floor.
2- AC is on the second floor only. No AC is on the first floor but we provide fans
3- There are 2 sets of washers and dryers on each floor making it convenient to do laundry for families and a big group.
4- The owner uses the basement for storage; hence is not available for guests.
