This ground floor condo is beautifully decorated and has many community amenities, including a recreation center, very large pool and hot tub. and a large tennis court. One bedroom has two queen size beds that are operated by remotes to raise top or bottom. It has a smart lamp for smart phone or laptop plug ins. It has its own en suite bathroom with granite counter top, tub and shower combo and shampoo, conditioner and bath wash dispenser. This bedroom has a smart TV. It has a very large closet with extra pillows and blankets. The living room has a beautiful new leather sofa, a gliding rocker with footstool, and a 55 inch Samsung Smart TV. French doors lead out to the porch, which has two tall back rockers with side tables. The kitchen features granite counter tops, refrigerator with ice maker, brand new smooth top stove, dishwasher and garbage disposal. The adjoining dining room has a stand alone pantry, beautiful bamboo chairs and table with rug that matches living room rug. Most paintings in this condo are original from local artists. The second bedroom has two twin beds with a bedside table and lamp, a TV armoire with a 43 inch Samsung Smart TV. It has a plug in for extra charging of smart devices and a very large closet with extra pillows and blankets. The en suite bathroom is a colorful beach blue with granite countertop, a tub shower combo with shampoo, conditioner and bath wash dispenser. The recreation center is a wonderful gathering center with a very large pool for gathering with friends. There are many beautifully landscaped sitting areas to view ponds with water spouts. This is a wonderful and safe place to be if you want to relax there or head to the beach.
