Our Alpine Getaway is pure luxury with fine finishes, a master suite to pamper you and the gourmet kitchen you didn't think you would find at Innsbrook. Sitting privately on over 2 acres of beautiful trees, with many hiking trails nearby, enjoy this year-round escape for a few days or a few weeks and have everything you need and more. This almost brand new luxury home was designed for work from home and vacation all at once. It's the perfect escape for couples – or bring the children or extended family or friends who will have their own space and lots of room to spread out. If you're looking for lake fun in the summertime, the Kitzbuhl Beach is a short five minute drive away where you'll find a selection of our kayaks for your use. Lake Alpine is just down the road and you'll be surrounded by hiking trails and the Innsbrook log cabin, all within walking distance. The horse stables and outdoor pool and playground are an 8 minute drive; the golf course and clubhouse about 12. This property also includes a hot tub for your exclusive use!
This luxe home features a large hearth room with Italian leather furniture and a floor to ceiling stone gas fireplace. A screened-in porch is adjacent for comfortably enjoying the outdoors. The large kitchen with granite countertops, gas stove (a rarity at Innsbrook) and top of the line appliances will make meal time one of your favorite activities during your vacation. A laundry room and powder room are on the main level, along with a beautifully decorated master bedroom suite with views of the woods, a king sized bed and a gorgeous master bath with large shower, two sinks and a walk-in closet.
This vacation home is designed with the lower level in mind. Downstairs you'll find lovely additional living space for the whole family with tall ceilings and the same fine finishes throughout. Two large built-in desks for your remote work, a TV watching area and game table make up the large rec room. In addition, you'll find two ample lower level bedrooms, one with a queen bed and one with two sets of bunk beds and a trundle. Both bedrooms have their own smart TV. Four televisions in total are throughout the cottage. The lower level walks out to a patio with dining table and propane grill.
All paved roads lead to our Alpine Getaway from the resort's main gate so don't hesitate to drive your luxury car to this vacation rental. Outdoors enjoy a large paved circle drive, basketball net and fire pit. And this is the perfect vacation home to bring your bikes and explore the miles of quiet roads just outside your door. Or just walk out the door and explore the miles of walking & hiking surrounding the home. If you're looking to impress or just to feel pampered, this is your place to stay at Innsbrook.
This home is pet-friendly, two dog maximum, no cats. There is a $55 per night pet fee.
