Only birch firewood is to be burned in the fireplace . Additional firewood is available on site at $10 a bundle, please message through the app.

Guests have access to the main and upper home as well as the backyard , upper Terrace and lower deck.
The basement suite is rented out separately and has its own private entrance.
Absolutely no smoking or vaping is permitted anywhere on the property—including the tipi, both decks, and the backyard. This is due to insurance requirements and the fact that the backyard is covered in cedar chips, which are highly flammable.
For your convenience, a gated front courtyard is provided as the designated smoking/vaping area.
