This condo is located on the Laughlin side of the river, but is a short drive across the bridge to Bullhead City, plenty of shopping and restaurants nearby. Driving distance to Las Vegas, Hoover Dam and Lake Havasu. Queen size bed in bedroom, large walk in closet, spacious vanity area, fully equipped kitchen and comfy couch. Sleeps 2 people. RV parking available for boat/jet ski/small motor home, etc. The sun is always shining here in Laughlin and Arizona! Pets will be considered with a $250 pet deposit per pet and prior approval.
