Most other lakefront properties on the east side of Sylvan Beach have around 40ft of waterfront and unfortunately don't have yards or allow pets :(. We've taken 125ft of waterfront and turned it into the perfect family vacation. An enormous yard sits behind 77ft of waterfront property alongside a beautiful cape cottage house. When you're not having family fun in the yard or playing with your furry friend, you can retreat back to a rustic brick stone patio to watch sunsets and make memories as you prepare dinner on the built in patio grill. If relaxation is more your style, set back in the Jacuzzi hot tub and absorb the spectacular sunsets as all of your problems disappear. After you've had enough sun for the day, you can always let out the automatic awning that covers the outdoor patio table, perfect for dinner time! Simple, easy and provides all the shade you need on those hot summer days. At night time, your family can sit around the stone fireplace, roast marshmallows or gather the family outside to enjoy a movie under the stars with our outdoors movie projection screen and comfortable seating area.
Inside, sit and read a book in our large living room with plenty of sun light. Steps away is our modern and renovated kitchen with all stainless steel appliances and views of the lake. The recreational room sports a pool table, fireplace and 50 inch television. Perfect for watching a sports game and playing a few games before dinner. A front indoors patio faces the lake and provides the best views as you enjoy your coffee in the morning. Upstairs, you have three bedrooms and a full bath. Here you can open your windows and relax to the sounds of the lake.
Of course there's kayaking, swimming, the beach entrance three short streets away. Shops, amusement park, restaurants, bars and all the other amenities are close by as well within a short distance.
2 kayaks will be available for use. Other activities included are cornhole, ladder ball and a basketball hoop for a good catch up game.
