About the space:
Located in the heart of Mammoth, this 2-bed, 3 bath, is a great place to call home during your vacation. This 1200 sq. ft. townhome has an open feel – the main living area is located on the second story and has vaulted ceilings, a dining area, and full kitchen. The living area has luxury vinyl plank flooring, a gas fireplace, Roku TV, and a comfortable couch with a queen sleeper sofa. There is a full bathroom off the main living area. The full kitchen is well equipped for cooking delicious meal. There is an outdoor porch off the main living area with a private BBQ – stocked with free propane. The enclosed porch has a private jacuzzi, perfect for relaxing tired muscles after a long day.
On the first level are two bedrooms, two bathrooms, and laundry. The master bedroom offers a king-sized bed with ensuite bathroom and closet space for storing clothes. The second bedroom has a queen bed and a single bed with a closet. The full bathroom is also ensuite to the second bedroom. The washing machine is off the master bedroom, the dryer is located in the hallway.
We provide coffee, creamer, sugar, salt, pepper, cooking oil, and a fully stocked kitchen. We also provide shampoo, conditioner, hairdryer, soap, lotion, toilet paper, paper towels, tissues, dish soap, dish detergent, sponges, trash bags, laundry detergent.
