- Winter Travel: Tahoe winters bring heavy snow—4WD/AWD vehicles with snow tires or chains are highly recommended. Be prepared for icy roads and occasional power outages.
- Be Bear Aware: Black bears inhabit Lake Tahoe and are attracted to food and trash. Always lock your car doors, roll up windows and view from afar. Please do not feed our bears.
- Parking: There is lot parking for up to two cars. Parking pass required and provided.
- Fire Safety: Fireworks, wood fire pits, and charcoal BBQs are strictly prohibited.
- Linen Supply: One bath towel and washcloth per guest; one hand towel per bathroom.
- Multiple Levels: Stairs required to access bedrooms
- Noise & Safety: Please observe county quiet hours 10 PM–8 AM.
- Common Area Pool/Spa: Access available to guests (seasonal hours may vary)
Interaction with Guests:
There is no check in desk. You will check in by going right to the home using our keyless entry system. We will email you your door code beforehand which activates at 4pm on the day of check in. We can be as involved or as hands off as you’d like. We have a friendly, local staff available if needed.
