Included is access 1700sq private dock with 42ft X 14Ft slip, 2 PWC lifts and patio furniture and 2 kayaks. Located in the heart of Osage Beach and within 5mins of many restaurants and shopping opportunities. Popular restaurant and waterfront Sushi bar Backwater Jacks is only mins away by boat or car.
This house is 4 bedrooms, 3 baths with 2 living areas and Bar. Down stairs living area has sleeper sofa with memory foam matress. Three rooms and common areas all have waterfront views. 4th room has twin over full bunk beds complete with very comfortable memory foam mattresses.Upstairs living area has sofa and love seat with plenty of floor space. It also is a theater room with Bose surround sound, large flat sceen tv and Blueray/Dvd player. Two large patio decks are great for grilling and waterfront martini deck is a nice place to catch a drink on the way to the dock.
