Explore Monkey Island on the 6-person golf cart or after a day out on the lake park your boats on our private 2-slip boat dock that also has a 1-2 jet ski dock attached. CCC has a detached two car garage and multiple parking spots for vehicles and boat trailers/RV!

FIRST FLOOR
When you enter through the front door you will find the open kitchen with a refrigerator, gas stove and pantry. Sit at the marble kitchen island that seats 4 or at the 6-person dining table. Go around the corner and you will find a bathroom with a soaking tub, a 4- bed bunkroom, and a queen size bedroom.
SECOND FLOOR
Walk down the fun leopard print staircase to find a bar overlooking a card table with a 55-inch Smart TV. Keep going and you’ll find a King Size bedroom, a bathroom with a walk-in shower, and then to finish up the hallway a queen size bedroom that has an attached bathroom with walk in shower and a washer and dryer. Walk down ONE step to find a large sitting area, 65-inch Smart TV, wood burning fireplace, pool table and kitchenette with refrigerator.
