The cabin is set up for our family of four, please ensure it is suitable for your needs.

Our cabin with view of Lake Arrowhead from three floors, is located close to Blue Jay and Lake Arrowhead Village, for shopping, restaurants and entertainment.
Internet access by WiFi.
We have TVs, blu-ray players, a small movie library (blu-ray and DVD discs).
We provide a Roku players to watch hundreds of free movies and shows.
We do not have over the air TV reception at our location or cable TV.
A few board and card games provided.

Waiver of liability and rental agreement with required Identifications are due prior to us accepting your reservation and payment. If not received within 24hours, the reservation will be cancelled.
If person making the payment and the person signing the waivers (person must be staying at our cabin) are different, we need both IDs.
Air Conditioning: split AC unit for the living room/kitchen,
we do not have central AC. Portable AC unit for 2nd floor bedroom.
We have floor fans for all rooms.
Heating: by central heater. Portable heaters are also provided.
Cleaning fee $150
Damage deposit fee $500
Refer to cancellation policy; in addition, our policy is:
No refunds if cancelled 1 to 6 days before arrival date.
NO refunds on the arrival day, or leave early after check-in.
We require conversation with guests during reservation process.
"The clients of ALA members who rent their homes in Arrowhead Woods for less than a 30-day period (“Short Term Renters”) cannot access Lake Arrowhead, the ALA Beach Clubs, the ALA trails, any other ALA facility and/or any dock on Lake Arrowhead owned by any ALA member renting a home in Arrowhead Woods to the Short Term Renter."
