Lake Austin is a short drive away, along with Lake Travis and all it has to offer, and you can be in downtown Austin in ~30 minutes—close enough for dinner, live music, or shopping, and far enough to enjoy the quiet serenity of your own beautiful retreat in the hills by the lakes.

House Rules & Policies:
NO PARTIES or EVENTs, and REGISTERED GUESTS ONLY, Subject to a $2000 FINE and POTENTIAL CANCELLATION -- Unauthorized guests will incur fees, and any party will be subject to the fine above and potential booking cancellation and guest removal.
NO PETS: We maintain a pet-free environment to ensure cleanliness and an allergy free zone for all guests.
NO SMOKING of any kind on premise, especially in the home, and guests will be subject to a $1000 fine and any and all cleaning treatments necessary to remedy any smells and/or damage.
QUIET HOURS: Please respect neighbors by keeping noise down between 9PM–8AM.
SUPERVISE CHILDREN at all times—especially near the pool. You assume all and complete responsibility for the safety of your children and guests, and hosts are not liable for any accidents that may occur.
POOL USE: Guests use at their own risk. No diving or running on wet surfaces. Pool is cleaned regularly but may have leaves and such due to natural surroundings. Pool can be heated for a $200 daily fee for the entirety of the stay, please let us know by check-in if you'd like it heated.
TRASH: Please dispose of garbage in the bins provided and leave the home tidy upon checkout. Please bring trash/recycle down to bottom of driveway on Weds evenings for Thursday pickup.
