Only 35 min to clemson and “Shores of Asbury” water park, 35 min to Anderson/Clemson, 90 min from Atlanta, 1hour away from Greenville - it’s a perfect place to enjoy a sunset or a fun day of golfing, fishing, swimming and boating with family and friends. Open living room / kitchen area is a great place to relax and watch a game on a Smart. There is a also a screened in porch and a spacious deck with 270 degree water views of the lake.
Almost three bedrooms. The first bedroom has a King bed and a work desk. Second bedroom has a queen set with twin bunk beds in a separated area overlooking the lake. There is one bathroom. Kitchen is fully equipped.
