The space
The 2000 sf house is set up for group accommodations.
** The downstairs is anchored by an expansive sectional seating area with television and workspace. The dining room table, adjacent drop leaf table and countertop seating allows multiple dining options all flowing into a well equipped kitchen. Tucked towards the entrance is a comfortable reading chair next to the downstairs bedroom. This bedroom offers a combo bunk with a full sized bottom bed and a twin above. The half bath is on this floor.
**The upstairs has 3 bedrooms and 2 baths surrounding a small entertainment space with sofa, loveseat and television. The Master bedroom has a queen bed, it's own private bathroom with soaking tub and shower. The other two bedrooms have a full sized bed with twin bunk beds. A full bath with tub/shower combo and washer and dryer complete this area.
** Outdoors, enjoy a 200 ft of waterfront with private dock. Canoe, kayak or jump in for a swim! Acre Lake is a 40 acre lake full of activity with a peat moss bottom and is very known for its fishing. The yard is large with plenty of room to run. Play a game of horseshoes on the side of the house and on the other side a firepit for you to snuggle up to or make smores, however you want to make your memories. Chill on the covered porch and watch the views or bbq on the patio, both areas have dining and seating. The winter comes with it's own set of activities like ice fishing, ice skating or hey, do you want to build a snowman?

Your stay comes with full access of the house, lake and all contents in it to use as you need. Large driveway for parking.
WARNING: IN WINTER MONTHS AWD OR 4WD IS RECOMMENDED. We get more snow and ice in the mountains and road conditions can be surprising. In addition, the driveway slopes downward.
