Mid-century meets shabby-chic at this eclectic three bedroom Lake Murray home that sleeps up to 10 people. Outdoor relaxing and entertaining areas abound with the beautiful deck, dock, and views. Guests will have access to the 2 person kayak, paddleboard and life jackets. Upper deck has lounges and outdoor dining area, lower deck includes grill and extra seating. Bring your boat or rent one across the channel at the Lake Murray Marina. The home also has a fully equipped kitchen and grill.
The Space:
This three bedroom lake home has a king bedroom and two queen bedrooms. The downstairs living room has 2 daybeds with trundles to sleep 4 children or 4 single adults. There are two full bathrooms with modern walk-in, tiled showers. The fully equipped kitchen makes dinner prep and meals a breeze in the open-concept space where all members of the family can hang out and interact, or head downstairs for another hang out space with a TV. The TV downstairs does not have cable or Roku, so bring your own streaming device or gaming console to hook up! No wake zone, panoramic sunrise lake view including Liberty on the Lake at Lake Murray Marina. Deep water off dock swimming, downstairs shower is a double shower but not a steam shower.
Guest Access:
This is a quiet residential area. The home is located on a cul-de-sac, and has ample parking for vehicles in the driveway. Guests will have access to the whole home, dock, deck, swimming area, kayak, and garage.

Sliding glass door facing lake can be difficult to close, some guests may prefer to not use it.

This home is located in Chapin, SC, off Lake Murray. It is a quiet residential community located off a Cul de Sac. While fun is encouraged, parties are prohibited. We would like our guests to be courteous to our neighbors. Quiet hours after 10PM are strictly enforced. NO PARTIES. NO SMOKING. NO PETS. PLEASE RESPECT OUR NEIGHBORS. If we do get complaints regarding disruptive behavior, it will be grounds to cancel your reservation, and you will be asked to leave.'
Getting Around:
This is residential area so we recommend driving, but Uber and Lyft may be available.
Other Things to Note:
We require a signed rental agreement and for guest to be 25 years of age to book.
We do not allow parties. All guests swim at their own risk and are responsible for providing their own flotation devices in the event that provided life jackets do not fit guests or are not the proper size.
Guests may tie their boat off at the dock at their own risk, we do not have a boat ramp, so guests may access the marina to put their boat in. New fenders, floats, and plenty of tie offs! Signed dock release and rental agreement required.
