New, modern, energy efficient, fully furnished 2 story, single family home, 2 blocks from ocean/ beaches. Each of 3 bedrooms has queen bed & dresser. Closed in, heated front porch has 2 single futons. I additional pullout couch in living room. Complete kitchen/ laundry, t.v. ( you may stream Netflix, Hulu-Disney, Apple TV, etc. with your own accounts), DVD blue-ray, wifi. 1st fl. master bath has 2 separate showers. 2d. fl. master bedroom has large balcony deck out patio door. 1st fl. has eat-out large deck just off kitchen. Large yard. parking in yard only for 3 cars, overflow park 2 houses away - lot across from Lopes playground. Fire pit only w/ permit from local F.D. on next street. Must but local wood (no 2x4s). Outside shower summers. Stairs to climb.
