Hello, my basement is 1,400 sq ft. It includes, your own private bedroom, bathroom, and kitchenette area and sauna if you’d like to use it. It also has a pool table and foosball table. I am located 2 minutes from the interstate and 10 minutes from downtown and the Lincoln airport.
You will have to enter the front door with a code that will be provided before check-in.
I live here full time by myself. I am a pilot for the state patrol. If you need to use the kitchen upstairs to make food, just ask and it will not be a problem.
