Enjoy the lakefront access with a dock and bring your water toys or just come for a swim. The fishing here is notable for the great catches.
The downstairs level is a party room with a second kitchen(fully stocked) a pool table, TV, board games and seating for 20 people. If you pull out the folding tables and stored chairs you have room for 10 more, not counting the outdoor seating of 3 tables with 14 chairs plus loungers by the lake.
BBQ is provided for outdoor cooking. There are 3 refrigerators plus one full size freezer located throughout the property.
6 bedrooms offer a total of 3 king beds, 2 queens, and 2 twin beds, guests will have plenty of choices on where to sleep. 4 bathrooms are conveniently located; one on each floor, plus a powder on the main level. TVs are located all through out the home.
Enjoy the gorgeous surroundings and modern amenities. Wash your swimsuits in the oversize laundry room so you don't have to travel home with wet clothes. Every amenity is provided for your comfort, just bring groceries.
If you are interested in hosting an event or family reunion, we do offer this at an additional cost. The price listed is for a standard family vacation but this is the ultimate party house and we are able to accommodate larger groups for an additional fee.

Located on Island Lake in Shelton, Washington, we sometimes feel this is a private lake since it is so quiet and serene. For walking paths we have a 2 mile loop around the lake or walk out to Brockdale road on a wide bike and walk path that intersects with Shelton Springs Disc Golf Course, which features 3 sets of pads and is noted as one of the premier and top rated courses in the Pacific Northwest at 3700 Shelton Springs Road, Shelton WA 98584.
