Summary: There’s a review about a staff member named Vanessa, and honestly, I have to agree—she came off as a bit rude and seemed uninterested in her job. The hotel itself wasn’t very clean either. I stayed in a room with a kitchen, and there were food crumbs all over the table, chairs, and floor. The spoons in the kitchen even had food stains on them, like they hadn’t been properly washed. When I first checked in, they gave me the wrong room, but to their credit, they fixed it right away when I told them. Unfortunately, the area around the hotel didn’t feel very safe there were crackheads all around, and the whole neighborhood seemed pretty rough. I’d recommend finding a better hotel in a nicer area.
