Our cute, centrally-located 5 bed 3 bath (3 separate units), Two; 2 bed 1 bath, One; 1 bed 1 bath, is minutes from downtown San Diego (Gaslamp District, Convention Center, etc.), Balboa Park (San Diego Zoo, museums, and more), trendy North and South Park neighborhoods, and has all the comforts of home. These are two beautiful units that are being rented together as a 4 bedroom 2 bathroom. They can also be rented individually as 2 bed, 1 bath units.
As part of our commitment to being good neighbors, occupancy limits and quiet hours (9pm-8am) are strictly enforced. No speakers or sound systems will be provided for use in our properties.
