Positive: The size of the house was very nice, plenty of space for our family of eight. The location is nice and secluded. The beds were very comfortable, and it was nice that every room has their own bathrooms with great showers. When we were in our bedroom we couldn't hear anything else, which was nice. We very much enjoyed the video games especially Golden Tee. The theater room was a nice addition. The distance to town is a little under a mile, it is walkable but it's a hill all the way back!

Negative: Upon first arrival we were very impressed, but after staying for a full week there were things that would have made the stay more comfortable. First, the kitchen supplies were lacking. All of the pots and pans were very worn and had deep scratches. There weren't many cooking utensils, and the ones they had were in bad shape. All of it really needs to be replaced. We were only given enough towels per person, and only one kitchen towel. No extra towels for the hot tub. There were also no bathmats for the showers. Some towel bars were broken or missing. There were no hooks. Smoke alarms weren't attached to walls or were completely missing. The remote for the bedroom light kept changing the fan & lights in other bedrooms. (Which was a bit comical) Also be sure to bring additional paper products: paper towels, tissues, and garbage bags!

Summary: Pretty good, but could be better.
