This Charming Spanish Style Vacation Home has everything you could ask for. Come feel at home with your loved ones and enjoy a peaceful stay. This vacation home is the perfect getaway for large, multifamily visits. Explore many adventures while being close to the beach, lots of shopping, local wineries, amazing food and other attractions.
The perfect 4 bedroom 3 bath family-friendly home on over 1 acre of land. This two-story, spacious and peaceful home can comfortably sleep up to 11 bed guests and 2-3 couch sleepers. One king size bed, a queen, a full and three twins. One of the bedrooms is perfectly suited for children to play & have their own bed. There is also a large couch in the living room for all guests to enjoy together.
*We have 3 queen air mattresses and 1 twin air mattress, one full size foam floor pad and one almost twin size floor pad* These will be available if needed.
For large groups, we have a tankless water heater so you won’t run have to worry about running out of hot water! We also have an RV option for larger groups that can sleep 6-8 more guests for an additional 125-150.00 per night.
There are two homes on the property. Please do not disturb the tenants of the larger home. The VRBO home is the smaller, two-story home on the right side of the driveway. Clearer directions will always be available if needed. I am available to answer questions or help with any confusion/ access problems.
The house is equipped with a crib, bassinets and plenty of toys/ board games. This home is a great place for children to roam and explore in a country like setting. There is also an on site blitz ball field for all ball lovers alike. Inside, you can discover a fully equipped/stocked kitchen, a washer and dryer, high chair, cooking necessities, kitchen gadgets galore, foosball table, full-size NBA Jam Arcade Game and much more fun. Enjoy 4 Smart TV's in every room where you can watch HULU, Netflix, Youtube, etc which you can all sign into on your own personal account. All rooms are thoroughly cleaned and sanitized with fresh bedding ready for your stay. You can find an office-supplied desk with room to work. There is also a bookshelf stocked with many different books to read and enjoy.
