Across from Camden On The Lake. This beautiful 4 bedroom, 3 bathroom home is located at the 8MM, so you are close to countless new waterfront restaurants and other attractions by water and road. Tap & Grill, Lake Burger, Shady Gators, Coconuts, Horny Toads, Jolly Rogers and many others are a short boat ride away.
There is 95 ft of premium water frontage on a
very quiet bay and a fun dock that your family
will never want to leave. The dock has a bar, slide, diving platform, paddle board, lily pad, and wonderful outdoor dining and seating areas. It also has a refrigerator and freezer for your convenience and fun! Outdoors you will find a wonderful deck with more family size seating and a grill.
Above the lower deck there is a large screened in porch for unbeatable views or dining. Bass Point marina is a convenient 10-15 minutes away to rent a boat, launch your boat, and/or your water toys, and there is plenty of overflow parking in subdivision island for trailers. We also have two large garages for your vehicles. Woods Grocery delivers to the house for a small fee, saving valuable lake time!
We have 1 master suite with its own private bathroom. 1 bedroom with two sets of twin over twin bunk beds that sleeps four. 1 bedroom with a king bed and another bedroom with a queen size bed. The house can sleep 16 in beds using the additional new queen size pullout bed on main level as well as the 2 new full size pull out beds on lake level. The home also features 2 full kitchens! One on main level and one on lake level. This is excellent for entertaining! The home has music throughout and onto dock for your enjoyment
