As well as to major attractions like Rice Village, Upper Kirby, NRG stadium, Museum District, Rice University and the Galleria. All 3 bedrooms are spacious and so are the 2 full bathrooms. The backyard includes a hammock, games and grill to enjoy the outdoors!
In a very quaint and peaceful neighborhood that includes a public park that has tennis courts, basketball courts, a jungle gym and soccer fields all within walking distance which is a huge plus for families with kids. Our location is also very close to multiple grocery stores as well as restaurants/shopping at the Rice Village. The backyard includes a hammock, games and a grill to enjoy the outdoors! Two of the three bedrooms include queen beds and the primary bedroom includes a king sized bed. Both bathrooms include a shower/tub and double vanities.
