This North Beach cottage has fabulous oceans views. The location can't be beat as it sits just on Boardwalk #1 leading to Seabrook Island's 3.5 miles of sandy beaches.
The home has a single level floor plan with three bedrooms and three baths. Upon entering, you will notice the bright, open space and amazing views of the dunes and ocean beyond. The large great room has vaulted ceiling, transom windows and hardwood flooring. Watch your favorite shows or movies on the large HDTV mounted over the fireplace while lounging on the comfy furniture. The open kitchen has been updated appliances and a breakfast nook with a table for four. Share stories from your day while dining around the table for 8 in the great room. Step to the screened porch to listen to the ocean while reading on the wicker chairs or to sip cool drinks and enjoy appetizers around the table for 4. The open deck has two chaise lounge chairs and a table for six if you want to catch the sun's rays. Off the great room is a smaller deck with a propane grill -- perfect for cooking the perfect steak.
The master bedroom has a king bed and en suite bath with a jetted tub. Windows offer an ocean view over the wax myrtles and dunes. The 2nd bedroom has a queen bed, built in shelves with a HDTV, and a tall armoire for your clothing. A full bath is accessible from the hall and just steps from this comfortable room. The kids will love the 3rd bedroom that has two sets of twin bunk beds making it the perfect retreat.
This home is just steps from Seabrook Island's 3.5 miles of beaches. Walk down Boardwalk #1 to sit in the sands or stroll toward Cap'n Sam's Inlet to see the dolphin strand feed. You will love falling asleep to the sound of the waves.
*Seabrook Island Property Association (SIPOA) has started charging for all gate passes.
Gate passes are $45/ vehicle. This charge applies if you are staying 1 night – 179 nights. If you are staying more than 179 nights, there is a different charge.

The first gate pass is included in your stay. You must call our office if you require more than one gate pass
LSV (Low Speed Vehicle) RENTALS PERMITTED at this property. An LSV requires the use of one of the gate passes included in the maximum number of vehicles passes.
Requirements for LSVs
Must be registered and insured, have a 17-digit VIN and display an LSV license plate, display a valid SIPOA entry pass issued specifically to that vehicle. Drivers must have a valid driver s license. No off-road tires allowed
Usage Restrictions:
For street use only. No use on bicycle paths, walking paths, golf course cart paths, boardwalks, or beaches. Follow SIPOA vehicle and parking rules.
Safety Requirements: SC seat belt laws apply to all occupants. Child seats are a must. SIPOA officers and CCSO will stop vehicles with unsecured children
Amenity Cards are required to use the Seabrook Island Club and SIPOA Lake House facilities. This property includes access to the Club amenities: the Beach Club oceanfront pools (seasonal), Pelican's Nest outdoor restaurant/bar (seasonal), Island House restaurant/bar, golf and tennis. Additional fees are charged for all activities except outdoor pool usage. The Club Amenity Card also allows access to the Lake House facilities (outdoor pool/no fees; indoor pool/fitness center/fees apply). Amenity cards are arranged through the Seabrook Island Amenity office.
This villa is dog friendly. Your (1) dog (less than 85 lbs, please) is welcome to visit Seabrook with you. If you are traveling with your dog, an additional pet fee will apply to the total of your rental.

Cancellation Policy:
If you cancel more than 30 days prior to your scheduled arrival date, you receive your funds back, minus $250. If you cancel within 30 days of your arrival date, you lose your funds. If able to re-book it, you will receive what we rent it for, minus the $250. Feel free to ask any other questions you may have.
For monthly winter rentals the policy is as follows: For cancellation made up to 60 days prior to the scheduled arrival date, the deposit will be refunded less a $250.00 cancellation fee. For cancellations made less than 60 days prior to the scheduled arrival date, all monies are forfeited. If able to rent the contracted dates after a cancellation, Guest will be refunded an amount equal to new rental rate minus the $250 Cancellation Fee. The amount refunded is not to exceed the amount paid by the Guest under the terms of the Rental Agreement.
