The house has been 100% renovated inside with all new furnishings and a stocked kitchen--EVERYthing brand new!!
Be one of the first to stay at our "pretty on the inside” hillside home with every inch fully-renovated from top to bottom and offering all new everything from flooring, kitchen and bathrooms to decor & furnishings. Our two floor home offers four (4) beautiful bedrooms, three (3) full bathrooms two (2) that are “en suite”) and two (2) comfortable living rooms with cozy couches. With a beautiful and fully stocked chef’s kitchen, guests will find everything needed to cook meals and bake while enjoying the amazing view from the large kitchen windows.
The inside renovations are complete and now we're working on getting the outside of the house & property as pretty as the inside with fresh paint, accents, front porch & patio, and screening the back porch. Plus adding landscaping around the house. Please be understanding.
You are welcome to the entire home and grounds, except the garage. There are four acres of mowed grounds for family foot/volley/kickball, soccer, and yard games like croquet and bocci ball and 6 more acres for those who want to explore through the woods. If you walk or snowshoe/cross-country ski down the path beside the property, it will lead you to miles of gravel road for wonderful meanderings by the woods and lake. You can also walk a mile down Mill Hill road to the base of Hawk Mountain trail where at the summit you'll see the most stunning views of the Lakes Region of Western Maine.
Other things to note: Quick drive to grocery, quaint shopping, and restaurants, and farmers markets in Bridgton and Harrison. Situated just over a mile from the beautiful Bear Mountain Inn and a couple miles from the lovely Hive who both host weddings and year-round events.
