It's 2 blocks from a Neighborhood Walmart, for quick food runs. One block from a beautiful city park with multiple playgrounds, splash pad, skate park, and courts! Owner resides next door and is happy to help accommodate any needs to come up during your stay. Warm cookies and fresh eggs delivered one time during your stay! Private driveway with lots of parking.
