Prepare grand meals and beach picnic snacks in the sophisticated kitchen, equipped with stainless steel appliances, a floating island breakfast bar, a formal dining table, and all the cupboard room you'll ever need. There's more than enough room for everyone to get a comfortable night's rest from the day's adventures. Kids can host sleepovers in a few spots, including the vibrant loft. Occupancy and parking are strictly enforced. Guests in violation will be removed. Boat trailers do not count as a vehicle and must be parked in the driveway of the unit. The vehicle that has been displaced by the trailer must be parked at overflow parking on the island or at the community park. Weddings, parties, and RVs are not permitted on-site.
