The house is in the heart of Germantown, one of Nashville's hottest neighborhoods, and is walking distance to downtown broadway, Bridgestone Arena / Titans stadium / Vanderbilt / Nashville Sounds stadium, as well as some of Music City's best restaurants, cafe's, boutiques, parks, and our incredible downtown farmer's market.
The neighborhood is full of history and has been a cornerstone of Nashville culture since the 1800's.
We are about a one mile walk to the heart of downtown and the drive is about 5 minutes or a $6 cab/uber/lyft ride.
It is a modern shotgun style house with plenty of space, a backyard to grill and play cornhole in, and a rooftop deck to relax and enjoy the views of downtown Nashville.
Best all around space in downtown for your relaxation, enjoyment, and entertainment. Due to the space available it serves for any size group or, a family providing all kinds of amenities and vacation bonuses.
The house is less then 2 miles to Broadway located in the prestigious Germantown area. If you are a sports fan the Titans stadium and the Bridgestone Arena (Nashville Predators NHL) is less then 2 miles away calling for a short Uber or Lyft ride. Within walking distance is the Nashville Sounds baseball stadium in the middle of downtown. The Sounds is a Oakland A's AAA affiliate.
The house is a 3 bedroom / 3 and 1/2 bath with over 2200 square foot. The Master bedroom holds a Queen size bed with space for an air mattress, The second Master Suite also has a queen size bed with room for another mattress as well as the fold out twin mattress we can provide. The third room has two twin beds that convert into a king bed. The living room has a oversized comfortable couch/extra large daybed for sleeping as well. If your group intends to have over 8 people please let me know so I can set up accordingly.
The yard can serve as a great place to relax, play cornhole, grill out, or, enjoy the fire pit. The large fenced in yard provides a large space for the kids to enjoy.
Enjoy getting a tan while reading a book on the rooftop deck all while enjoying the drink of your choice with landscape views of downtown Nashville. Enjoy never leaving the roof top deck as a half bath is there to avoid going downstairs. Grab some marshmallows and enjoy the fire pit with your group.
Enjoy stepping out onto the 2nd floor master bedroom porch with your coffee. Each level of the house has a porch to sit and enjoy.
The kitchen is supplied with a gas stove top and all quality pots and pans to provide you the opportunity to cook if desired.
The grill is provided to use as well.
Parking is free and open to as many vehicles you bring and spots are easily found however, it is first come first serve.
