With over 1400 SQF of living space, you will walk through the large living room to a modern kitchen with granite and stainless steel. To the east side of the home, you will have a large bedroom and full-size bathroom. The west side you will have the master suite with a large walk-in shower.
At the back of the home, you will step onto a huge 30-foot screen-in porch decorated with outdoor furniture, refrigerator, and protected from the Florida bugs. When you step off the porch, you will appreciate the tranquil backyard views, including a fully fenced private yard that backs to a canal. You will enjoy the private storage area in the large shed for your personal use.
