Perfectly situated on the second fairway of the Palmer Private Course at PGA West, our luxurious 3 bedroom, 3 bath home offers all you could ask for in a desert oasis. Our home is an entertainer’s delight. The open floor plan and outdoor area allows for comfortably entertaining guests, welcoming family to a home cooked meal in the gourmet kitchen or out on the patio, BBQ’ing on the built in outdoor grill, or relaxing by the private pool and spa while you catch the game on the outdoor television. Don't forget to catch the sunset from the private backyard spa.
The gourmet kitchen is fully equipped. The wet bar features a brand new wine cooler that will chill more than 50 of your best bottles of wine. The living room comfortably seats 10 guests surrounding the warm fireplace and the large flat screen HDTV with cable, including HBO and Showtime.
The gorgeous master suite has a brand new designer Cal King mattress and furniture, flat screen TV, sitting area and private patio. The views of the course and pool are spectacular from the bedroom. The attached master bath features a separate bath and shower, generous closet space and his and her sinks. The second bedroom features an attached casita style private entry with a large king bed, separate drink refrigerator, ample closet space and an on suite full bathroom. The third bedroom features a king bed, large closet space and is directly across from another full bathroom. Our home also includes a separate laundry room with full size washer and dryer, a separate sink and plenty of closets for storage. Our home is well equipped for families with young children. There is a pack-n-play, stroller and high chair.
