As you enter the home, you'll be drawn through the grand wide entryway as you walk into the entertaining space with water front views, 9ft slider and large picture windows in the distance. A relaxing living room that look out onto the back porch and private community lake. A full size dining room table that seats 8 for large family meals.
This beautiful home is all one level (no steps) featuring an open concept main room, and offers three bedrooms with one cal-king bed, two queens. Perfect for families, this home offers, a spacious living room for movie nights, and a large yard for playtime. A full appliance stocked kitchen with a large bar top, and a lot of counter space allows you to easily prepare your meals while entertaining. The kitchen is furnished with stainless steel appliances including a gas cook-top, microwave range hood, and large refrigerator and kitchen. Many food prep tools, including Ninja Foodie, air fryer, crockpots, coffeemaker, toaster, blender, large mixing bowls, large roasting pan, non-stick and stainless steel pans for the chefs in your family. Wine and margarita glasses, and shot glasses, plenty of options. Many spices and condiments available, tea and enough coffee for your first couple days. The kitchen is open to the large great room with plush white Ashley super soft cloud sofa, large 58" Vizio Smart TV with Apple TV and internet +Chromecast, and plenty of natural light. The master bedroom has a cal king size bed, a dresser, nightstands, and a separate entrance to the backyard. Attached is the master bathroom with his and hers vanity, a sunken tub, and a walk-in tile shower. The second bedroom #2 featuring 60 " TV, queen bed, large window for nice light with linen light cutting drapes for sleeping in and privacy. Guest bedroom #3 is near the 2nd bedroom #2 in hallway of the house, has 1 Queen, large slider closet and extra twin size air matress in closet for additonal sleeping needs. Next to both bedroom 2 and 3 is a full bath with plenty of storage and counter space, towels and rugs. Home has a laundry room with top load washer and front load dryer.
Outside on the back patio enjoy 180 degree unobstructed water view. Queen size day bed located outside the breakfast window with soft white cushions and pillows. grab a blanket and enjoy the sunrise in the mornings. Outside the Master bedroom french doors there are 2 custom Wine Barrel Adornadak chairs and matching table to enjoy the views all day. Fire pit available for use
