3 bedroom, 2.5 bath FURNISHED home with bamboo floors downstairs, carpeted stairs and all 3 bedrooms upstairs. There is a single/twin sofa bed downstairs, otherwise 5 sleeping spaces and 2 full baths are upstairs.
Beautiful 0.6 acre setting with waterfront dock in the backyard, on seasonal man made canal leading directly to the Deschutes River. Perfect for floaties, stand up paddlers, kayaks, and canoe access. Or just float the canal for NO CURRENT and easy learning for paddlers, or venture out onto the mild Deschutes River for a beautiful experience.
Natural setting in the pines, with ducks, geese, rabbits, and hawks, deer, elk, etc. Property is fenced for pets in front and in a secure side yard dog run with pea gravel. Back deck with gas BBQ off kitchen /dining slider, for sun and shade at different times of day. So peaceful.
Living room is light and bright and completely private with cellular shades, and includes nice propane fireplace for cozy wintertime heat...which completely heats the upstairs. Central heat and air conditioning system as main source, or backup to fireplace. There is thermostat controlled efficient central heat and air conditioning throughout upstairs and down.....brand new!
Home is on Community Water (not an on site well) and Sewer (not an on site septic) and these, plus electricity and propane are included in the short term and 31 day rent. Internet/WIFI is included and is brand new fiber optic with TDS (formerly Bend Broadband). Large 50" flat screen smart TV provided. No antenna TV service. No cable TV service. Utilities included in short term and 31 days rent. Otherwise 2-11 month tenants pay water, gas, electric, garbage, and internet.
