The area is good, fairly walkable with friendly neighbors. Many of the residents have lived in this area for a long time. Quiet most of the time. Weekends can be noisy during the day.
The building where this unit is located is very quiet. Two units are rented with long term quiet family's and the other unit is also used for AIRBNB. No one is at home during the day so it stays quiet.
There are occasional noises coming from cars passing by but nothing regularly happening that would disturb your quiet enjoyment. There are smalls dogs in building next door and they will bark occasionally.
