Cozy at Kierland - Comfortable & Clean 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom condo located at The Plaza Residences at Kierland. Walking distance to a plethora of restaurants, shopping and entertainment at the Kierland Commons and Scottsdale Quarter. Prime location! Only 5 mins to the 101 Freeway, 10 mins to Mayo Clinic & Envita, and 20 mins to Old Town Scottsdale. Close to TPC Scottsdale and The Westin Kierland Golf Club. Private, gated community with two heated pools and a spa. The community also has a fitness center, BBQ grilling / picnic areas and a putting green!
This condo is located quietly towards the back of the community and is located on the second floor. There is one set of stairs leading up to the condo. Walking into the condo you'll be delighted with it's light and bright, and cozy feel. The living room has a large, brown leather sectional sofa and ottoman. Above the fireplace is a wall-mounted 50" Smart TV. The TV has basic cable and can stream your favorite apps like Netflix, Hulu & YouTube. The Cox panoramic modem sits next to the TV and provides high speed WiFi internet at 150mpbs throughout the condo.
To the right of the living room sits the master bedroom and the kitchen. The kitchen has a breakfast bar area with three counter stools. There is a coffee station next to the kitchen for our guests to make the perfect morning brew. The kitchen has black granite countertops, cherry wood cabinets and stainless steel appliances. Across from the kitchen is the dinning room. The dinning room has a wooden table that comfortably sits up to 4 people. Walking past the dinning room is the sliding door that leads to your terrace. The terrace has two comfortable sitting chairs and a table.
The master bedroom has a queen sized, cherry wood bed with matching night stand with lamp, and a matching dresser. On top of the dresser sits a 43" Smart TV that can stream all of your favorite apps, movies and shows. Attached to the master bedroom is the walk-in closet and attached master bathroom. The master bathroom has a large, dual-sink vanity with black granite counter tops and cherry wood cabinets. The master bathroom has a tub / shower combo.
The second bedroom has a wooden queen sized bed and a matching dresser and night stand with lamp. A 40" Smart TV sits on top of the dresser and can stream all of your favorite apps, movies and shows. To the right of the bed is a desk and chair. The desk can be positioned as a work space for sitting down, or standing up with the touch of a button. Attached to this room is the second bathroom. The second bathroom has a single-sink vanity with black granite counter top and cherry wood cabinets. This bathroom has a walk-in shower.

~Casago provides a starter pack of hand soap, body wash, shampoo and conditioner, toilet paper, paper towels, dishwasher pods, and laundry soap.
~Reservation holder must always occupy the home unless approved in advance by Casago.
~All reservations must submit their driver's license and Selfie thru Guest Ranger and sign the Casago management rental agreement within 72 hours of booking.
~Utility caps apply. Utility cap overages will be charged to a credit card on file for stays over 21 days or longer- Airbnb money request will be sent within 14 days of departure.
~All last-minute reservations or those booked by Arizona residents staying in the Phoenix area are subject to a background check on the reservation holder and an additional screening fee.
